Nikki has over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition. She has worked in the agency space as well as corporate. Nikki has several recruiting certifications: SHRM-CP, Certified Internet Recruiter, Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter, Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter, Professional Recruiter Certification, Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter. Working with candidates on a daily basis, she has noticed the flaws in the recruitment system and where individuals need help. That is when Modern Candidate was born. When Nikki is not working in Corporate America and building out Modern Candidate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her daughter.
